INSURANCE & CASH-BASED PHYSICAL THERAPY

Cash pay physical therapy is an alternative business model to the traditional insurance based physical therapy business model.

Without the headaches, restrictions, and productivity demands of insurance based care; cash pay is able to focus on QUALITY patient care over QUANTITY patient care.

  • Amanda will provide one-on-one care (1 hour evaluation and 45 minute follow-up treatments, as needed)

  • Patients pay for these services the same day they receive care, and a "super bill" is provided with all the coding and information necessary for the patient to file the claim with their insurance company if they desire.

Depending on the patient’s insurance policy, patients will either receive a check from the insurance company as reimbursement for covered services provided by the therapist, or the cost of the appointment will be applied to the patient’s deductible. *Some insurance companies require a doctor’s referral.

Currently insurances that are accepted include: Medicare, Aetna/Meritain, Premera, TriCare, and United Health Care Plans.
